Any doctors or doctors' staff who can tell me what this note says? My wife is supposed to turn this in to her employer.

I think the first word is RX, or possibly At.

I thought it might be "pt" for "patient."
I can read KATHY and that's about it!
Maybe a little background would help. Kathy hurt her foot and needed to be fitted with a walking "boot."
I think it says, "Patient may work while wearing a walker."
What's after that, I can't imagine - that is if I'm imagining the first part correct.
